Slop Treatment Unit
The Slop Treatment Unit (STU) is a system specially-designed to treat production or domestic wastewater by three-phase separation of the disc centrifuge. The oil content of the treated water is analyzed online by the oil-in-water analyzer to determine whether the treated water meets the requirements of the MRPOL convention. The qualified water will be discharged to the sea, and the unqualified one be returned for further treatment. At the same time, the separated oil is recovered, which is suitable for offshore engineering such as FPSO, FLNG, drilling platform and production platform.
