In November 2018, Jereh offshore engineering successfully won the bid for a 2000 meter deep-sea pipe pre-commissioning project of a domestic customer. The successful bid for this project is the technical research results of Jerry offshore for more than two years in deep-sea oil and gas field.。
The Deep water subsea pipeline pre-commissioning equipment can be used in the 2000m deep sea field for the pipeline pre-commissioning after the completion of pipeline construction and before the formal operation, including pigging and pressure test. Adhere to independent research and development for two years, break technical barriers at home and abroad, According to the actual operation process, the whole set of equipment is divided into three functional modules: pigging, pressure test and temperature pressure test. In the process of deep-water pre-commissioning, the separation of pressure test skid and pigging skid can be realized to increase the operation efficiency and applicability. In addition, the whole set of equipment increases the underwater temperature and pressure test module to realize the step-by-step pressure test of multiple pipelines, reduce the pipeline connection and site layout to increase the operation efficiency.The deep sea is the "main battlefield" for the future development of offshore oil. Restricted by the engineering equipment capacity and technical level and other factors, the depth of offshore oil fields in China is concentrated within 300 meters, and the deep-water oil and gas exploration and development is still in the initial stage, so it is in urgent need of advanced technology and equipment for support. Deep sea project is a blank stage in China, and each manufacturer is in the initial stage.
